What is CS Unite?
Why should I enroll?
CS Unite is a not-for-profit online computer science tutoring organization, founded by Brooke Kim Foley in 2024 as a school club within her home high school of the Bergen County Academies in New Jersey, USA; since then, the organization has grown to have international impact for thousands of students through the offering of free online coding classes and workshops for students of any age!
Through the teachings offered by passionate, experienced, middle-school and high-school students across U.S chapters, students have the opportunity have the option to select and take introductory to advanced-level courses in Python, Java, Game Development, AI, Machine Learning, Roblox Studio, Scratch, and way more all free of charge! Students, parents, and volunteer teachers alike, CS Unite invites you to dive into your passions, develop your coding skills, and explore the world of computer science!
Our Philanthropy Goal
CS Unite plans to raise and donate at least $1,000 in total to local STEM nonprofits by the end of 2026. In addition, we welcome donations that show support for our mission and for the classes we've brought to life. Join us in our mission to give back and support the advancement of STEM education and accessibility, if you or your child has enjoyed our courses and wishes to help us continue to extend our free teaching for students worldwide!
Free Online
Coding Classes
At CS Unite, students choose out of our selection of free courses and attend weekly online meetings where experienced, high-school STEM tutors will instruct you on the basics and fundamentals of your chosen area of expertise, enhancing your knowledge of computer science through rigorous and academically enriching course-work and after-class assignments. Our teachers stem from chapters across the United States, led by our national leadership board primarily made up of students attending the Bergen County Academies, a rigorous selective admissions-only STEM high-school ranked #1 on Niche in New Jersey, ensuring the quality of their teaching, crafted curriculums, and students and parents' experience.
As classes are taught in real-time, students will be free to ask questions, and can learn from the inquiries of other students present with them in the moment. Instructors themselves have access to broad networks of established mentors in the CS field via our CS Unite connections, allowing your student or child to test the limits of their curiosity and receive answers from pronounced professionals in their own fields all over the word. At CS Unite, students will learn not only how to code, but how to think algorithmically, how to solve problems dynamically, and how to bring their ideas to life.
